This week I started a training course called “Insanity”, which features several high intensity exercises as well as some jumping. Of course, I wore my OdrA orthotic device and I’m happy to report that everything went well and that I felt no pain during or after the training. It was the first time in over a year that I’ve been able to do this type of exercise and it’s great to realize that, thanks to my OdrA device, I’m now able to do other types of exercise aside from walking and biking to stay in shape. I received my orthotic device right before my trip to Asia. I was hoping to be able to make the most of my trip and was amazed by my OdrA orthotic device. I was able to do everything in Asia: walking up to 10-12 km a day, walking up and down stairs, climbing on ruins, walking on the Great Wall of China, and coming back down on a toboggan ride. It’s easy to put on. Most of the time it doesn’t show, even when I’m wearing a skirt. I’d be lost without it!
